The Ville Resort–Casino has appointed Hutchinson Builders to complete its major redevelopment.

Hutchinson Builders’ are constructing the project to meet the tight deadlines which will include, among other developments, three new restaurants, a poolside function space to fit up to 700 people, an infinity-edge pool with private cabanas and a swim-up bar, and an elevated deck connecting the pool to the Lobby level above.
