The Ore beneficiation plant was a full design and document brownfield project.

This project was broken down into 17 fabrication packages/ stages driven by a team of 3 mechanical draftsman & 12 detailing personnel to successfully develop the full concept model, detailing design model and subsequent shop detailing packages.

Vesuvian handled all aspects of mechanical engineering and structural engineering working in close collaboration with our team.

On site 3D laser scanning, BIM modelling and design/detailing technology was used through the concept modelling, export/import structural analysis and final detailing stages.

Laser scanning of two existing plants was completed to combine the existing assets plant and equipment where possible.
